What we do for you
When you first contact us, you will be given a brief initial assessment, which usually lasts about 10 minutes. One of our advisers will discuss a course of action to help you with your problem, which may include making an appointment for you to discuss it in more detail. This might be by phone or face-to-face at our advice centre.
