Money & Pensions Service Project

For this project, we are working in partnership with Debt Free Advice, delivering specialist debt advice to those who need it. The purpose of the project is to help vulnerable clients to either become debt free, or to help them manage their situation. Debt options could include but not limited to: bankruptcy, Induvial Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), Debt Relief Order (DRO), debt management plan, etc,.

We have an Authorised Intermediary to submit DRO applications. Our debt advice is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

All advice provided is free, impartial, confidential and independent.

MacMillan Benefits Advice Service

We work in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support to support residents of Brent, Harrow and Ealing boroughs who are affected by cancer.

We can help you understand what support is available to help you pay the bills or meet extra expenses. If you need more help, our advisers can help you complete applications for benefits and grants and will support you until you’re receiving what you’re entitled to. We can assist those directly affected by cancer and family members who are carers or who are bereaved.

Energy Advice Programme/Energy Outreach Project

This is funded by National Citizens Advice, to provide additional advice and support on all types of energy issues. The aim of this programme is to ensure that clients are living in warm efficient homes on a tariff they can afford.

The project is aimed at engaging with underrepresented and vulnerable consumers, to offer energy advice and to create an entry point to access further energy advice support.

We will provide advice in an outreach setting, to new consumers, who would not otherwise access our service. It will be delivered in the community, building links and partnerships with other organisations.
